Aly assisted my husband and I with both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. I chose Alyse (Aly) Sands to sell my home in Nashville. She walked through my house advising on what to do prior to going on the market. Yes, there was a list, but not anything I couldn’t handle. There were times I couldn’t be home when the contractors came. Aly took that stress off of me and met the contractors at my house. She knows the real estate market in Middle Tennessee inside and out.
